She has directed and choreographed school productions, led drama programs, and designed creative, student-centred learning experiences that build confidence, communication skills, and expressive voice. Nicole is the founder of Ranges Studio of Speech & Dramatic Arts in the Macedon Ranges, where she offers small, supportive, educator-led classes for early learners and school-aged students, alongside private lessons and school partnerships. Her approach is warm, inclusive, and focused on helping young people find confidence, presence, and joy through storytelling, performance, and creative expression.
